A happy day.

We won't need -lxpg4 for 5-current with __FreeBSD_version 500005 or
later.  Andrey said he will merge it to 4-stable, so the same will be
true for 400020 and later in that branch.

The __FreeBSD_version variables aren't bumped yet but of course we can
start modifying the ports. :)
