Subject:   how to stop connections on port 512/513

Dear All

I disabed exec and comsat serviecs in INETD and I turned on log in vain to
check things out....

how can I stop my system from doing these strange connections?
/kernel: Connection attempt to UDP 127.0.0.1:512 from 127.0.0.1:1982
/kernel: Connection attempt to UDP 127.0.0.1:512 from 127.0.0.1:1982 
/kernel: Connection attempt to TCP 127.0.0.1:113 from 127.0.0.1:1819
