I don't know why you'd want to use it, but there's support for it in the Ports Collection. > * websites that use ActiveX (Windows) controls I don't know what that is, but if web sites use non-standard extensions, they're not standards compliant. That's their issue, not FreeBSD's. Of course, I can't tell you that everything in FreeBSD is better. I only know (and so do the people who have to listen to me bitching on IRC) that Microsoft XP is one of the most frustrating environments I have ever tried to use.
