It probably doesn't, but it should be trivial to fix it to use the
installed +CONTENTS file (or for that matter, all the installed
plus-files).

 * FYI, the pkg_tarup utility I just imported some time ago is intended
 * for that very purpose. :)

I don't understand why they had to create a new utility for something
that's already in bsd.port.mk....
