I'm also behind a proxy ftp server. The easiest way I found to keep
up-to-date is to use mirror to grab the ctm files. src-cur and
ports-cur are both on freefall (and maybe mirror sites) under
/pub/CTM. Or, probably even better, get yourself added to the
ctm mailing list.
