https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D275142 Bug ID: 275142 Summary: emulators/virtualbox-ose fails to start Windows10 with vga fault Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: vbox@FreeBSD.org Reporter: rkoberman@gmail.com Assignee: vbox@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(vbox@FreeBSD.org) After updating all ports to ones built for 15-Current, I can no longer star= t my Windows10 VM. The VM loads and errors out when starting with: Failed to load unit 'vga' (VERR_SSM_DATA_UNIT_FORMAT_CHANGED). Result Code:=20 NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005) Component:=20 ConsoleWrap Interface:=20 IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed} I rebuilt all dependencies from the bottom up including compilers (gcc12 and llvm15) No change. VM was saved (not a good idea, I know) with VBoxSVGA dri= ver. Worked fine before rebuilding all ports built with 14-CURRENT before it bec= ame 15-CURRENT. Logs show nothing that looks obvious to me. It was running fine on 15-Curre= nt until I did the rebuild of the 14-CURRENT ports. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
