Yup as you reported in the follow-up email; that's not for if_rge but
a realtek PHY for an earlier device (your USB dongle.)

I'm glad it works! Please do let me know if you experience any
hiccups. My goal is to make sure this is as bulletproof as
we can make it and that i share any fixes with the OpenBSD driver
maintainer (Kevin Lo.)
