Yes, though some implementations might still be based on RFC 2463.

These two don't really care about the OS all that much, but rather give 
guidance on configuration and setup issues.  Still FreeBSD should allow 
you to configure your system in a compliant way.

More details can be found in the old KAME documentation.  I believe we 
have (?had?) a README somewhere that was derived from there, but I 
couldn't find it.  Anyone remember where that stuff ended up?
