you need to use symbolic links, "man ln" the -s option is your friend.

look, i know spam sucks, but this "signature" is a full page, please
do something about it.  Putting your email, then one of these notices
isn't going to get you crap except listed in a spammer's mailbot.

hint: "mailto" urls in anything are fair game for spiders...
