Site is dead and upstream now uses https://gitlab.inria.fr/gf2x/gf2x and
current release is located here:
https://gitlab.inria.fr/gf2x/gf2x/-/releases#gf2x-1.3.0

>From what I can tell the release tarball links looks to be permanent but I'm
not sure what license is preferred.
