cd-write fails to read tracks from  CD..
When trying an audio cd the info  window shows following:

Copying track 1
READ command failed
28 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 1a 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 
flags=0x1 senselen_used=0 status=0x00 retsts=0x00 error=0x0
can't read blocks 0-29
copy failed

When trying a cdrom it showed 
READ command failed
can't read blocks 0-32
copy failed

At that time the console displays the following:
worm0: physio split the request.. cannot proceed


>How-To-Repeat:

Insert cd (ausio or cdrom) in CDD2600, start cd-write , select a  track 
and push the copy button.
