Have you looked at existing ports/comms/ltmdm port?

BTW, portmgr@ is absolutely inappropriate place for such requests.
portmgr@ is for managing ports collection as a whole, not for writing
ports or help with it, just like core@FreeBSD.org doesn't do actual
programming or FreeBSD architecturing.
