I noticed, on http://distrowatch.com/ , that there was an update to xfsprogs package. xfsprogs is included in Linux (Slackware 13.0), and I see xfsprogs packages in NetBSD pkgsrc and freebsd ports. I saw an article in heise online that ZFS will be available for Linux: http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/ZFS-als-Kernelmodul-fuer-Linux-1068695.html http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=zfs_linux_coming&num=1 (title: Native ZFS Is Coming To Linux Next Month) Tom
