1) Can't patch, add "WRKSRC=${WRKDIR}/Numeric-${PORTVERSION}" in Makefile
2) Can't install, change "s|${WRKDIR}/numpy.pdf|${WRKSRC}/numpy.pdf|g" in  
Makefile
