It's the part behind the , which counts in this case.

So...

mozilla		is 1.0.1_2,2	(i.e. 1.0.1)
mozilla-vendor	is 1.0.1_1,2	(i.e. 1.0.1)
mozilla-devel	is 1.2a,1	(i.e. 1.2a)
