OK, I added log_level = 2 to /usr/local/etc/libvirt/libvirtd.conf
and ran libvirtd in the foreground:

I got that coredump after doing:

virsh -c 'bhyve:///system'
virsh # define /tmp/bhyve.xml
virsh # start bhyve
