Seems like the reasonable thing to me. Besides, there is 0 cost to kernel size if you enable the option. This whole commit war business is childish and unproductive. Heck, I almost went in and recommited dag's changes with a direct challange to core. However, I realized that too would be unproductive and childish. There is a real problem here and it is starting to piss me off and generate negative feelings. There is obviously a conflict here that must be resolved.
