When you run portupgrade or portmaster, if there's updates to some of the=20
extensions, those updates will be done at the same time.  (There are=20
usually many.)  The only "gotcha" is that if you need to uninstall php,=20
the extensions don't uninstall as well.  You have to either pkg_delete=20
them or go into each port and run make deinstall.
