The configure script that comes with cyrus-sasl2 does the test-compile as follows: cc .... conftest.c -lkrb -lcrypto -lcom_err The Problem is, that the KTH Kerberos4 libs need to be linked against -lcrypt, not openssl. Well you may take my fix to patch the configure file. The patch should also work for the cyrus-sasl2 port. I'll Cc: the cmu people.
