Use for notes. Use instead of for mentioning lines to be added/changed in a file whilst in a paragraph context. Don't put non-screen stuff in . (actually, not sure on this one) I've put the resulting article.sgml at http://rucus.ru.ac.za/~nbm/article.sgml for perusal. (requires the addition of &man.ypbind.8;, see my next PR.) We should probably change # to &prompt.root;, but I'm not sure of all the contexts yet.
