In FreeBSD 2.1-STABLE ps reports a wrong cpu-usage:
USER PID %CPU %MEM VSZ RSS TT STAT STARTED TIME COMMAND
root 3473 112.3 4.3 152 616 ?? RN 2:44PM 28:56.80 /users/batch/t

Top means 89% which is the right value I believe.
