Well, then I guess some kind of dynamic DNS is the solution. Take a look at http://www.dyndns.org/. I'm using it myself for that reason, to be able to make remote logins. Also my FTP- and HTTP-server can be accessed by "name". There are other sites as well that deals with the matter, so you could make a search at Google to find out more. Good luck!
