Log:
Normally don't include <bsd.libnames.mk>. Include it in the !aout case
(as in bsd.prog.mk). Include it if `checkdpadd' is being made, so that
it can be checked until it goes away.
Don't clean files that we don't create.
Fixed style of empty test.
