I used the 4.1 Iso image which can be downloaded. It doesn't contain all packages I had already installed. But they can be installed using the ports. There was one port which wasn't available in the version that was present when 4.1 was released. Is this not the correct procedure? I didn't see a choice in sysinstall either. It upgraded to 4.1R.
