Sorry, I should have made this clearer; doc/en/handbook is still a no-go area for commits at the moment, I'm in the process of orchestrating some merges from doc/handbook, and these get in the way. Rest assured that I won't suggest we switch from doc/handbook to doc/en/handbook until the toolchain is in place and it's all appropriately documented. On that note, if anyone wants to comment on please feel free. In the meantime, I'm going to leave this commit in (since it'll create more CVS noise to reverse it then reapply it at some later date).
