As of yet I unable to get it work. I am assuming that this will be the case with all my cgi code unless I can figure out while Perl is not being activate. I know the counter is working. If I try 'perl [name_of_code]' it will run and it will increment the counter storage file. If insert the fallowing line into the html code it will not work: Nothing happens.
