>Description:
With the upgrade to textproc/aspell, ports depending on the library
no longer get a useable spelling dictionary installed. Since
several GNOME ports depend on textproc/aspell for functional spell
checking, these ports will now be built without working spell
checking because no dictionary will be installed.

>How-To-Repeat:
	N/A

>Fix:

	Proposal:

		1. convert language variants into meta ports or ports
		    dependent on textproc/aspell
		2. create a super-meta port which makes some reasonable
guess on a useable spelling dictionary and builds
the appropriate language meta (perhaps based on
		    LANG in environment).
