While struggling for over a week, I found my solution in BIOS settings. By enabling PCI IRQ IO-APIC mapping (that uses 24 pins interrupt describing instead of 16) it solved my problem. See if you can find any relevant SMP settings in your motherboard settings, such as IO-APIC mapping, MP table specification and etc and try to play with them and see if that helps.
