Don't be nasty, I know from experience (when getting the SmartArray docs out of HOU) how much fun it can be to get specs out of CPQ^WHP. That worked only because I knew who to contact to get a foot between the door. The tendency to plaster NDA/Company Confidential on next to everything is an unfortunate development, but by no means exclusive to HP. All major companies are suffering from it to a certain extent.
