My default installation has this in the PATH of the
crontab (/etc/crontab):

PATH=/etc:/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin [1]

which includes /sbin.

Apart from that, when I install portaudit I am given
the opportunity to run it in a daily periodic script
with the following in /etc/periodic.conf:

daily_status_security_portaudit_enable="YES"

I am thinking this should not be updated....
