Hi,

Please kepp me on the cc: as i'm not posting from my subscribed address.
Hope the mail it is ok formatted, i'm sending from a win.

When I try to use /stand/sysinstall's disklabel to set up my 2nd SCSI HDD disk
it gives :
DEBUG: MakeDev: Unknoen major/minor for devtype- on another console, and i'm
getting :
Error adding swap: device not configurated
Error mounting /dev/da1s1f on /NOFUTURE: Invalid argument,
etc.

I cannot figure out what is wrog;
i've searched with Google and found out 2 link but no very usefull as i don't
speak russian or hungar.
There are also some related posts on the scsi mailling list who didn't help me.

I've also tryied to :
dislabel -r ad0 > dsklabel.txt
editing to point to ad1 and
disklabel -r ad1 dsklabel.txt
which has leave me with some "strage" softupdate inconssistency as fsck did
nicely told me.

The relevant dmesg and disklabel output are bellow.

If someone could point me to the right direction i would really apreciate, as
the machine should go on
production in less that 48 hours.

Many thaks,
IOnut
