FreeBSD on ia64 is not ready for prime time and I expect it will take
a while longer. There's simply not enough momentum right now to attract
developers and alpha/beta users. I'm still working on ia64 in the
background, but I've been enjoying other things as well. I don't feel
an urge or need to finish the major items on my todo list.
