The file /var/db/dhclient.leases is already recognized as a problem,
and the instructions do mention that you need to remove that.  But
there's still various problems with dhclient, even after removing
that file.

[I haven't had the time to look into this yet, but I hope to do
it sometime soon.  Hopefully this weekend...]
