Exactly what I had with a Logitech USB wireless keyboard/mouse combo.  Please 
apply the appropriate patch in usb/77604.  For some reason some of the 
characters (such as = and -) became corrupted. If you need help reading it 
let me know, I'll clean it up.  You don't mention which release of FreeBSD 
you are running so I don't know which (RELENG_5 or RELENG_6 and CURRENT) you 
need.  Maybe someone will eventually commit this fix that has been 
outstanding for almost a year.  Dragonfly commited a similar fix within a 
couple of weeks...
