i am having trouble with "gatewaying" between the lp0 interface and the fxp0 interface. i have a laptop connected to the lp0 port of a 2.2.7 machine and gateway is enabled, i can telnet back and forth between those ok. i cant get to the internet though, its like the packets coming from the lp0 intfc are not directed to the fxp0 intfc. i can ping the ip address of the fxp0 interface ok though but not beyond onto my internal net. firewall is off and i havent rebuilt the kernel YET.. here is the netstat -rn from the suspect machine. the .3 machine is my gateway onto the internal net.
