FYI, with the lastest version of sys/pci/ncr.c, my problem is gone, and the systems seems to be running just fine. I'll trying running a 'make world' through it to beat on it. Looks like a strange situation; it seems that undefining #define NCR_GETCC_WITHMSG would have the same effect. Anyway, thanks very much for the fix. louie ------- Forwarded Message To: "Justin T. It's a succession of ncr0: timeout nccb=<large hex number> It does this for quite a while, never finding and SCSI devices. I have to punch the reset button to restart the system.
