Patch to /usr/ports/net-mgmt/monitoring-plugins port files

The patch to configure is wrong because the changes are applied in a
non-reached if/elif/else cascade.

The attached corrected patch to configure now makes the 'j' flag to
'check_procs' work.=20

With the current ports version, the 'j' flag had no effect at all, matching=
 all
processes with all other criteria, but not the jail id.

This bumps the port revision to 2, while keeping the port version.
