Thanks Stephen,

The base delta of 211 meg is called src-11.0001.gz
missing the traditional Empty nomenclature as in eg
        3190177264 Mar 14 00:04 svn-cur.04300xEmpty.xz
The "Empty" convention would be nice to retain if possible please,
to let scripts distinguish base deltas from incremental deltas.

PS If anyone fancies hacking:
Maybe "file" could be enhanced to detect ctm delta types.
