Hi, ian@ helped me a lot to get timer work good enough that I was able to login to cubieboard via ssh using usb ethernet adapter. Some logs are at: http://pastebin.ca/2304311 uart is not working fully yet and still have problem locking up system near the end of boot (locks near "FreeBSD/arm (").
