These drivers support 100Mbit versions of their respective cards: de Digital-based cards (10/100 cards are in the 2114X series) fxp Intel EtherExpress PRO/100[B+] vx 3com Etherlink III PCI, Fast EtherLink XL (!3c905B) xl 3com Fast Etherlink XL series (including 3c905B, current only?) tl ThunderLAN-based cards (Compaq NetFlex among others) tx Newer SMC PCI Ethernet cards (9???TX) There are probably others. Most of the crds on this list are autodetecting, and will adjust their rate to match the network. If you need to force it manually, most of these drivers support the 'media' style arguments to ifconfig; do 'ifconfig -m if0' where if0 is the interface for the list of supported speeds. We have de and fxp cards at my house plugged into a Netgear 100Mbit hub and everything detects perfectly. Hope this helps.
