This helps X to find the fonts in the zh-kcfonts package. So you won't get this (see below) error anymore. I think I'm a bit confused, here. Xcin doesn't install a fonts package axcept the zh-kcfonts as a dependency. Anyway, I think xcin will start after you change the XF86Config file as mentioned above.
