For some reason after getting latest from the stable tree, I can't build my kernel.. Anyone else having problems?? Here's the error I get: mkdep -f .depend -a -nostdinc -nostdinc -D_KERNEL -DKLD_MODULE -I- -I. -I@ -I@/../include /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../i386/linux/linux_dummy.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_file.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_getcwd.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_ioctl.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_ipc.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../i386/linux/linux_machdep.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_mib.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_misc.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_signal.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_socket.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_stats.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_sysctl.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/linux_sysent.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../i386/linux/linux_sysvec.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_util.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../compat/linux/linux_uid16.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/../../i386/linux/imgact_linux.c /usr/src/sys/modules/linux/linux_sysent.c:14: linux_proto.h: No such file or directory mkdep: compile failed *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/src/sys/modules/linux. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/src/sys/modules. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/obj/usr/src/sys/MICHELLE. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/src. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/src. The strange thing is that linux_proto.h IS IN /usr/src/sys/modules/linux. Not sure why its not finding it. Thanks Loren P.S. make buildworld works fine. Should I first make installworld and then build the kernel?? I usually don't do it in that order..
