For example, to allow users to mount the first floppy drive, use:
# chmod 666 /dev/fd0

The /dev/fd0 mode is 666 so there shouldnt be any problems about which
group the user is in.

However Freddie Cash seems to be right. I now tried to mount to a 
directory that I own and it worked like a charm! :)
