>Description:

when attempting to install www/trac-tocmacro it fails to load the setup utils
because devel/py-setuptools was not installed. this should be set up as a
build dependency on this port

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:

Workaround is to install py-setuptools then re-run make install in
trac-tocmacro.

Not sure how to do dependencies properly in python, else i'd make a patch.
