	FreeBSD Ports collection.

>Description:

	Update GLib to 1.2.3, and bump the shlib numbers.  Update ports
	which depend on glib12, and fix them up.

	Major changes to GLib:
	 - USE_LIBTOOL: Means about half the patching is required.
	 - Only use thread flags for libgthread. Stops all GTK+ apps linking
	   in libc_r.
	 - Should work again on a.out systems.

	Other ports: mostly fix to USE_LIBTOOL.
