Not on amd64 and ev= en less so on the single-board RISC stuff (ARM64, or MIPS), but still your data point is quite transferable to my big local builder which has 32 GB RAM 8-core/16-thread Ryzen 7 1700, usually running Linux as Desktop OS with a FreeBSD headless builder that gets like 12 GB RAM allotted, which would now= be insufficient...
