Hi!
I've a FreeBSD v2.2 box, which has had the kernel deleted, actually, all
files in / (but not subdirs) were deleted. I don't know how or when. For
some reason, the box rebooted itself this afternoon, making its sorry state
known.
I've good backup tape on this sucker, but I don't have the install media or
a boot floppy. If I can find some way to boot the sucker, I can restore
the files in / and it should live again.
Any thoughts?
