I'm not git pro. But if you go by link (I provided, here it is again: https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as/tree/7.1.3.Final ), you could see that tag is there. Also, port provide tarball getting with specifying tag, and seems it's ok. Also, by git tag you see 29 tags, while github.com says that there is 31 tags, maybe something on your side?
