Hi,

Yes /stc/issue is a System V thing
present anyway in Linux and other unix
which are derived from BSD like Digital Unix OSF.
Anyway there is under BSD a file replacing the porpouse of /etc/issue
for System V ?
is possible under FreeBSD to have some message displayed before
the login prompt??
there is some way to do it?
