None of these countries have extradition treaties with the United States (and likely so with most other so-called civilized countries), and it is somewhere around 50Musd into their wreched economies per annum. Guess what their authorities are willing to do about it. On the other hand, you can be put in jail for trying to cash a fraudulent money order, even if you whine that you did not know it was fraudulent. -- --
